have to do is phone or email, phone number and email address can be found on the contents page of this Website. Once your message has been received,
you will be notified within 24 hours and a time to visit you and your pets will be arranged. It
is very important that you are comfortable with the pet sitter responsible for looking after your
pets and that your pets get to meet the pet sitter in your company prior to you going away.
If, after meeting the pet sitter, you wish to book in for our pet minding service we will
fill in a Work Agreement which contains very important
information that will help the pet sitter look after your pet in the best possible way.

Feeding details
Permission to take you pet to the vet if required
Tasks to be undertaken
Your pets special needs
Required dates
Total amount of the service to be provided
Terms and conditions
Once the dates and times have been established the total cost will be calculated
by the pet sitter. Half of the total is due as a deposit at this stage and the balance of the
payment is due within 7 days of the date the service is agreed to cease. Once all inforation has been
added to the form it
is signed by yourself, the pets owner and the pet sitter.
Now that the pet sitter has all emergency contacts and knows your pets needs and routine you don’t
have to worry about anything else. We will fulfill all requirements as agreed upon and you can
enjoy your holiday or not feel guilty about not having time to walk your dog.
